Serving behind the scenes to help create clear, engaging, and distraction-free worship experiences, both in the room and online. From sound and lighting to screens, cameras, and livestream, this team supports every service moment so people can focus on worship and the message.


This team is a great fit for people who enjoy technology, teamwork, and serving in a behind-the-scenes role. No experience is required, training is provided. If you value excellence and want to help create meaningful moments where people can encounter God, the Production Team may be the perfect place to serve.



  • Media Operator

    Help lead the church in worship by projecting lyrics, scripture, and media at the right moments during each service. Lyrics Operators work with user-friendly presentation software to support worship and teaching, ensuring everything on screen is clear, timely, and distraction-free. This role is great for detail-oriented people who want to serve behind the scenes while playing a key part in the worship experience.

  • Audio Operator

    Help create an excellent in-room experience by managing audio in the auditorium. Front of House Operators control the soundboard to ensure vocals, instruments, and teaching are clear and well-balanced, supporting worship teams and speakers throughout the service.

  • Service Director

    Help each service run smoothly from start to finish by communicating with the Production Team, Worship Team, and Speakers. Service Directors oversee transitions, timing, and flow, ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared so services feel intentional, excellent, and distraction-free.
