The Worship Dream Team

The Worship Team exists to lead the church in worship by creating space for people to encounter God through music. This team is made up of worshippers first—not performers—who lead with humility, unity, and a heart fully engaged in worship.

Those who serve on the Worship Team are committed to growing both spiritually and musically. Through preparation, practice, and a shared pursuit of excellence, the team works together to serve the church well and steward the responsibility of leading others in worship each week.

  • Vocals

Lead the church in worship through singing that clearly communicates the heart and message of each song. Vocalists blend well with the team, support one another musically, and help set the spiritual tone in the room by leading with confidence and authenticity.

  • Keys (Keyboard / Piano)

Provide the harmonic foundation that supports the band and guides the flow of worship. Keys players help shape transitions, dynamics, and structure, anchoring the music while creating space for vocals and other instruments to shine.

  • Pads (Keyboard)

Create atmosphere through sustained textures and intentional sound choices. Pad players add warmth and depth during quieter moments and help build fullness and intensity in larger sections, supporting the worship flow without overwhelming the mix.

  • Acoustic Guitar

Support rhythm and structure by driving the groove and reinforcing timing. Acoustic guitar helps keep the band connected, adding energy and consistency while supporting vocals and overall flow.

  • Electric Guitar

Add color, texture, and melodic expression to worship. Electric guitar enhances moments through ambient sounds, rhythmic parts, and melodic lines that bring depth and impact to the overall sound.

  • Bass

Create a strong musical foundation by bridging rhythm and harmony. Bass players lock in with the drums to provide depth, stability, and momentum, helping the band feel grounded and full.

  • Drums

Lead the band dynamically by setting tempo, energy, and transitions. Drummers guide the pace and intensity of worship, supporting both quiet moments and powerful expressions while keeping the team unified.

  • Music Director

Provide musical leadership by guiding the band through transitions, cues, and dynamics throughout each song. The Music Director helps keep the team unified and confident, supporting the worship leader while ensuring the band plays together with clarity, sensitivity, and excellence.
