This team is a great fit for people who enjoy technology, teamwork, and serving in a behind-the-scenes role. No experience is required, training is provided. If you value excellence and want to help create meaningful moments where people can encounter God, the Production Team may be the perfect place to serve.



  • Lyrics Operator

    Help lead the church in worship by projecting lyrics, scripture, and media at the right moments during each service. Lyrics Operators work with user-friendly presentation software to support worship and teaching, ensuring everything on screen is clear, timely, and distraction-free. This role is great for detail-oriented people who want to serve behind the scenes while playing a key part in the worship experience.

  • Lighting Operator

    Create atmosphere and enhance moments of worship, teaching, and response through lighting. Lighting Operators control the lighting board in the auditorium, helping set the tone for each part of the service. This role supports the overall feel of the room and helps create an environment where people can focus, engage, and encounter God.

  • Stationary Camera Operator

    Help share what God is doing at Motion Church by operating a stationary camera on a tripod during services. Stationary Camera Operators capture steady shots for the Motion Church livestream, helping ensure a clear and consistent online experience for those watching from home.

  • Mobile Camera Operator

    Capture dynamic moments during worship and teaching using a handheld camera. Mobile Camera Operators provide movement and creative angles that help bring the livestream to life, making online viewers feel connected to what’s happening in the room.

  • TV Broadcast Operator

    Support the livestream experience by managing and mixing audio from a separate broadcast room. TV Broadcast Operators ensure that worship, teaching, and transitions sound clear and balanced for our online audience, helping extend the reach of Motion Church beyond the building.

  • Front of House Audio Operator

    Help create an excellent in-room experience by managing audio in the auditorium. Front of House Operators control the soundboard to ensure vocals, instruments, and teaching are clear and well-balanced, supporting worship teams and speakers throughout the service.

  • TV Director

    Lead the visual side of the livestream by selecting camera shots and sending the service live to YouTube. TV Directors use broadcast software to guide what online viewers see, working closely with camera operators to create a smooth, engaging livestream experience.

  • Service Director

    Help each service run smoothly from start to finish by communicating with the Production Team, Worship Team, and Speakers. Service Directors oversee transitions, timing, and flow, ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared so services feel intentional, excellent, and distraction-free.
