We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.Â
We are committed to loving God and loving others, and to be known for our love for one another.
We strive to glorify God through worship that is rooted in scripture, and that draws us closer to Him.
We are called to serve our community and those in need, through both physical and spiritual acts of love and kindness.
We seek to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all people, and to share the gospel through both deed and word.
We prioritize the practice of discipling others in the faith, helping them to grow in their understanding of the Bible and their relationship with God.
We strive to be wise stewards of the resources God has given us, using them to meet the needs of the church and community.
We seek to foster unity in diversity, standing together as a church family united in our purpose of sharing God’s love.
We strive to be a holy people, living in obedience to God’s Word and in surrender to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
We seek to fulfill the Great Commission, making disciples of Jesus Christ in our region and beyond.
We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
We believe in the existence of one true God who has revealed Himself to this world as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit through the Word of God and the person of Jesus Christ. We believe that God created humans to have a relationship with Him. We believe that God the Father cares deeply for all of humanity, and desires for each and every person to find their way back to a restored relationship with Him through Jesus. God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal parts of one God.

We believe that the best decision you could ever make is to follow Jesus. It is only Jesus, through his death and resurrection, that makes our relationship with God the Father possible. Jesus alone has mediated "for us and has made us right with God...", by forgiving us from all sin and inviting us into a life inspired and shaped by His unconditional love and grace. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, co-equal with the Father and Holy Spirit. Jesus left heaven to become fully human and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven and will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We believe that the Holy Spirit exists as a third unique expression of God. Holy Spirit draws people to belief and faith in Jesus. The Holy Spirit also strengthens and gives power to those who follow Jesus as we learn to grow in our faith. Holy Spirit works in tandem with our human spirit, inspiring and equipping us to walk out our faith. The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son, as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides Christians with understanding of spiritual truth, power for living, and guidance in doing what is right. Christians seek to live under His control daily.

Humankind was created good and upright; for God said, "Let us make humanity in our image, after our likeness." However, by voluntary wrongdoing and willful disobedience, humanity fell out of their relationship with God and fell prey to a broken and contrary sin nature. This resulted in not only physical death but spiritual death, which is separation from God.
We believe that salvation is God's free gift to us; that Jesus was crucified and died for our sin, was buried and on the third day rose again for the mediation of humanity. We can never make up for our sin through self-improvement or living well. It is only by trusting in and choosing to follow Jesus, and what he accomplished for us. Eternal life begins the moment one truly accepts Jesus into their life by faith through prayer. The inward evidence of accepting Jesus is the presence and leading of the Holy Spirit. The outward evidence to all people is a life of righteousness and Godly holiness that serves as a credit to the message of Jesus as we grow and mature in our faith. Salvation is God's gift to you if you'll accept it.
The Bible is God's Word given to every person. It was inspired by God and written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of Holy Spirit. It is the absolute and final source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. The Bible is God's Word to all men. It is the ultimate source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.

You were created to exist forever. We believe that forever is spent in one of two places: eternally separated from God because of sin or in union with God because of His forgiveness and salvation. When you die, you will either spend eternity in heaven or hell. Eternal separation from God happens in hell. Eternal union with God occurs in heaven.

We exist to help people live the life God designed for them. We do this by leading them to know God, find freedom, discover purpose and make a difference.
We are a multi-generational church where legacy and new life stand side by side. We honour those who have gone before us and empower those coming after. We intentionally invest in every age and stage through community and mentorship so that faith is passed forward and every generation is equipped to know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference. We contend for a church of — sons, daughters, mothers, and fathers walking together in unity and purpose.

We believe the local church is the hope of the world — and healthy churches multiply. Motion Church is committed to planting and strengthening life-giving churches across our nation. From our Merritt campus launch to future locations God will open, we are building teams, training leaders, and resourcing communities to reach people far from God. Church planting isn’t just expansion; it’s obedience to the Great Commission — making disciples and establishing places where people can encounter Jesus in their own city.

We exist to call out the God-given potential in every person. Through Motion College, Moco Lead, Dream Teams, and intentional mentorship, we are developing leaders who serve with honour, passion, and excellence. We believe leadership begins with character and grows through stewardship. Whether in ministry, the marketplace, or the home, our heart is to raise confident, Spirit-filled leaders who influence culture and advance God’s Kingdom.

Every person has been entrusted with gifts from God, and it’s our joy to help people discover and develop them. Through our team placements and ongoing leadership pathways, we create space for people to serve where they come alive. Stewardship means using what God has placed in our hands with faithfulness and joy — building His Church together so that every gift contributes to the mission and every person makes a difference.
